I always try to keep them pious and serious

We'll be on our way Sunday, to spend some time with my wife's brother and his family in Wisconsin, and some with my sister and nephews and their families in Minnesota. Hope you all have good days with family and friends, too.

Frogprince -that is so much better than the card I was going to make.

We passed one of those floppy cloth santa's tacked across big window of house.

I couldn't figure out (it was dark) if it was a Father Christmas peeping tom or if they had crucified Santa (he was stretched in the infamous position with window crossbeams silhouetted behind him).

Anyway photo op missed.

Your card is cute and I love froggies.

Happy Christmas to you and yours.

Thank you, frogprince. And a merry (and safe) Christmas to you, too.

Have you got water, blanket, candle and matches for the car? I used to live in Wisconsin. I am not joking.

Leenia, Thnks for your thoughtfullness. I grew up in Minnesota, so I know being properly prepared for winter travel is no joking matter at all.
