Given the nature of the task - I would guess it would require a lot of touching-up. Photshop is so rich it has tools to make the latter task easier. IMNSHO. |

I have done what you want to do Painter essentials (for Mac, which was bundled with a Wacom tablet I bought, along with Photoshop Elements). Load a jpg image, click a button or two, and hey presto, you've got a Seurat. |
