The actual sharing was all 3rd party, or is that 2nd party. Should be interesting is he sues for wrongful arrest, his loss of business over three years could be large as growth was exponential when his site was shut. I don't support illegal file sharing but I do support more open and free access to recorded music and firmly believe musicians would benefit from it. At the moment the market is way ahead of the suppliers. |

They should have said "for nothing" or "free". The failure of the prosecution however was probably due to the choice of an inapt charge. |
