I am no banjo expert by any means. but boy when I play any of these I am more than impressed and they don't break the bank. They are built like a freight train with all hardwood .. heavy .. solid and with the right setup a beautiful sound. I have a TM-5-95 and my friend who is a major banjo player loved it and he owns a top of the line deering

anyone else had the same experience
