I know nothing about the bona fides of the organisation, so do your own checking. Report this postReply with quoteVolunteer/paid dog walker urgently!!! by redd_angel55 » Today, 10:13 I hope it's ok to post this urgent request here?! Tailends are a wonderful rescue in Devon, dedicated to helping old and ill dogs that otherwise end up being put to sleep. George and Angela have been running this amazing rescue for year, providing a loving and caring environment for needy Oldies. Now, Angela is very ill and in a Hospice and a reliable (hence the paid option at £8/hr) dog walker for 3-4 days a week for a couple of hours is urgently required. If anyone is interested in helping out for how ever many hours per week, please get in touch with George via there website http://www.tailends.co.uk/index.htm Angela x |

It is a new appeal, so new it doesn't seem to have reached their own website yet. She will update when they have an offer of help. The dogs are mostly Greyhounds. |

I'd have loved to have done that, but it's the wrong part of Devon for me..especially with no car. Croyde is in North Devon...but hopefully, their request will be answered very soon... Very sad news to hear about the lady concerned.. |
