Just 4 weeks left to buy "earlybird" tickets for Hardraw May Gathering. Stunning lineup - if you enjoy superb singing (with a touch of humour!). Includes Messrs Garbutt, Fox, Tilston & McConville + the Doonans... Website: www.hardrawgathering.co.uk

Is it on May Day weekend? What are the dates?

Yes, it is throughout the May Day weekend ( that is the early May Bank Holiday) which this years stretches from April 30th to May 3rd.

There will be 3 main concerts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings as well as some outdoor and bar based events.

Check out www.hardrawgathering.co.uk for more info.

P.S. I am just a volunteer helper & not making any cash out of this so I can recommend it with impunity!

One day tickets have been released today - although the online offer of £50 per weekend ticket is still the best value!

Are there many full festival tickets left? Are there likely to be any next week - waiting for pay day.

I feel confident that you should still be able to get a full weekender next week! But sales are speeding up at the moment. Send an email via the website to provisionally reserve for a few days if you like!!!

Just heard that people are complaining that this Gathering is too expensive! Where else will you see a lineup of headliners like this (Garbutt, Fox, McConville, Doonans, Tilston et al) all for £50 for a long weekend???

The Landlord is unlikely to cover his costs at that price anyway and as he also runs a Summer Gathering, it would be a great shame if he wasn't supported.
