The film is of an installation by a contemporary French artist called Celeste Boursier-Mougenot. It's very Marcel Duchamp, the French artist who started the conceptual art ball rolling nearly a hundred years ago.

I love zebra finches, used to always have one with my cockatiel, who is now sadly gone.

I suppose it wouldn't be Art, but it would be interesting to see two set-ups..one where the birds can hear the sound and one where they can't.
