I haven't come across this instrument before, and can't trace the name in any of the usual sources. Would anyone know what sort of an instrument it is? |

The names tjumba and conga are close enough for me to think that there might be some etymological connection. On top of that, the Spanish name for conga appears to be tumbadora. |
