70's Folk Scene in Bedford (UK)

I left Bedford in 1977 but was heavily involved in the folk scene there for several years prior to that. After some 33 years the trio 'Kinsfolk,' of which I was a member, are getting together again, if only on an ad hoc basis. We were quite active in the local scene back in those days, running concerts and a folk club in Kempston.
Sadly we have no photos of us, or any other Bedfordian Folkies from those days.
Does anyone remember 'Kinsfolk' and do you by any chance have any photos of the group?
Long shot, I know, but worth a try.

Can't really help you but a week on Friday will be the club's 45th. birthday. Who was in the group?

very good group of singers there tonight.

it was mentioned tonight that it is the 45 birthday on the 17th March next Wednesday by Mike who has been running the club for a third of it's existence; well done to all those involved who keep turning up and keep it going.

'Kinsfolk' were myself, Bob Hambleton and Roy and Louise Martin. The group folded in 1977 when I moved down to Reading with work, (a necessary but disgusting practice I've managed to dispense with!) Roy and Louise shortly after moved to Crawley. We lost touch for over thirty years until, thanks to the interweb, I was able to find them again. I'm pleased to say that we have decided to reform 'Kinsfolk' if only for a single concert on 20th March down in Horsham.
