From: CarolC

Larry King, in his continued bid for immorality, has signed a contract with a biogenetics firm in Brazil to create a clone of himself. A law firm specializing in bio-ethics is trying to persuade the Brazilian government to put a stop to the cloning, saying that cloning humans is a crime against nature and God.

I made a typo. That should have been "immortality" up there, but what the hell, eh?

"Larry King, in his continued bid for immorality..." ~ CarolC

What would Freud have to say?

It was good typo, CC.

Freud would say, "I want to sleep with my mother".

Odd, that is the same thing Larry King said.

Are they related?

How many times has Larry King been married? There may be something to that typo. :)

I just checked: Larry King has been married 8 (eight) times.

If you cloned Larry King, how would you know it was alive?

If you took off Larry King's suspenders his shoulders would drop...and his eyeballs would fall out!

"A law firm specializing in bio-ethics is trying to persuade the Brazilian government to put a stop to the cloning, saying that cloning humans is a crime against nature and God."

I wouldn't normally agree with that statement, but in the case of Larry King...............oh yeah................that'd definitely be a crime..............

While we're at it...why not clone Woody Allen too?

I have seen no recent photos of Woody Allen, LH. What's he look like?

I've said for some time that to me the Rolling Stones all look like they'd been buried- and dug up.

Larry was looking pretty good in the video I posted, though. Maybe he had some plastic surgery.

Well, he's looking pretty old, Ebbie. But he can still talk the paint off a brick wall.

Have you seen him driving Snoop Dogg's car?

Is there a creepier combination than Larry King and Snoop Dogg?

I see a video of Rick Astley... (?)

LH, you've been "Rickrolled"!

Take that

Seems like a perfect choice, since cloning a functional brain is probably the hardest part.

It's called "Rickrolling" when people get others to unknowingly open a link to Rick Astly doing that song. People usually do it by putting the link in a serious post. My brother got me good once when I had logged on to my MySpace page on his computer, and forgot to log off when I left. He posted that song as my page's music.

The only problem with Rickrolling in the Mudcat is that hardly anyone opens any links here.

Oh, I see. ;-) Heh! Well, I don't think I really listened long enough to get a full appreciation of just how awful that song is.

Maybe I should open it again.

Hmmm. Decisions, decisions...
