My sis's husband developed paranoic delusions ('They're watching everything except the airport for me- I've got to get out of here' kind of thing) and left my sister devastated. Sometime later I was in meditation and suddenly realizing that a thought was the most powerful thing in the world, I decided to 'go down' and bring them back together. And from somewhere- a thought jolted me back: "Even if he kills her?". a postulation that had never occurred to me. It made me realize that I had no business there.
