[But maybe that's a local thing.] I haven't done any business with them, but they've been advertising enough, long enough, in my area, that one might expect them to have some record with BBB or Consumer Protection agencies. There was a report locally some time back that they were complaining about "imitators" poping up with closely similar names - which might imply their reputation was worth stealing (impersonating); but the complaints disappeared pretty quickly in my area.
