I'm not completely sure but I think that's the song I was looking for. My gilfriend asked me if I coulg get the lyrics. She heard the song from an Irish band called "The Irish Rovers" that used to play in Benidorm (Spain).

David, I produced the song 'Beautiful Affair' for the Clare based traditional/cont. band Stocktons Wing and which was a hit single for the band here in Ireland. The song. which was included in the album 'Light In The Western Sky (Tara), was written (as the above has confirmed ) by Mike Hanrahan and is now published by Celtic Music. (IMRO)
