He's looking for small friendly sessions where there is good opportunity to sing and play a variety of Folk music in a nice session atmosphere. Any Ideas ? |

If he wants to sing and play music he might try the Clé Club on Wednesday nights 8.30 Liberty Hall. He and his missus will just want a a "steady away" night, and ( by the way) it wouldn't make him unique, but would he be able to get a gargle in the Larkin Hedge School ? |

They serve lovely pints at the bar in Liberty Hall. (as they do in the Teachers' Club). If you need to put a fada (accent) over a letter, hold down the (Ctrl) and (Alt) keys together, then press the letter that you need the accent over and, hey presto you will achieve a fada over the letter. Without doubt she was the best harpist I've ever heard. She got more notes out of that harp than there were strings on it. It was the best €5 I ever spent. Well done to Séamus for his input. Fergus |
