Besides, it takes an incredible amount of money to become president. That money has to come from the rich. The rich will not give it to a homeless person, they will give it to a member of their own club. I realize I'm stating things that are dead obvious...like saying "water is wet"...but sometimes that's the best thing to do in a case like this. ;-) Anyone for another French Revolution? |

What we would need is a constitutional amendment that declares that the president should live on minimum wage in a pup tent on the White House lawn until the country is in the black, until there are no more homeless and until there are no more unemployed. There was a homeless camp near us one time and the people didn't have enough for food. I didn't see any drugs and not much beer. They were just ordinary people down on their luck. |
