Bird sings pentatonic scale

I didn't know birds could do this! The common potoo (a bird native to Central and South America) sings in a descending pentatonic scale, so close to the scale used in western music that a woman is able to play along with it on an ocarina. Cool, wot?

Something tells me the bird is more in tune than the ocarina.
