Imaginary Eddie

All right Kat, enuff's enuff! All this wit (and half wit), wisdom and welcoming,....and no Eddie. He IS real my darling, isn't he? He's not a six foot tall rabbit that you found wandering the foothills of Wyoming? Did he suddenly appear after that tequilla and mushroom party you had? You can tell us.

Luv, Rick

Rick!!! I am crushed that you would think such things of lil' ole' me! Why I nevah, nevah do such things as tequila AND mushrooms! Whatevah were yah thinking, dahlin'??

Of course Eddie is real, shoog and we may have big, tall critters in Wyomin', but other than the famoous jackalope, I've nevah laid mah eyes on any rabbit that wasn't standard size, let alone six feet! Now, if you're looking for Harvey, well, I think you'll find him down and out in Beverly Hills, somewhayah.

Now, I refer you both to the Welcome Eddie for further enlightenment on mah poe-si-shun!

Lus ya'll

OK Kat, I'll take your word for it that he's not a figment of your imagination (or even an image of your figmentation) but I'm back. The Jays lost. The Moonies were on 60 Minutes. I've made Duckboots' dinner, and I'm here to check the action on Mudcat. Where's Eddie?
Guess I'll go and see if the "what's a folk song" thing is still goin'.
Rick (who used to go out to find action)

I'm envisioning the illustrations for the "Where's Eddie?" books. They'll have lots of little possums lurking ...

Eddie may be mythical, but Caroline and I sang several times at the non-profit arts center where he once worked. So that part of the story is real, at least. (If you're lurking out there, Eddie, welcome to the party!)

I think this is pretty rich from a guy who tries to palm himself off as Roberta Delmore of the famed Delmore Sisters.
I believe there is an Eddie, just as I believe in Alan Greenspan, the theory of evolution, and Mrs. Parker-Bowles.

Eddy is a swirling anomoly in the current.

Nonetheless, a manifestation of real forces. I.E. Kats and Bronnzy horses, etc.

Expect the Enterprise any minute at Warp 13 to check it out. (Are filk songs traditional?)

We are warped here at Mudcat, aren't we?
