Three Stags Heads, Wardlow Mires: session, used to be a Saturday evening but I've not been for a while. Barrel @ Bretton, session on Wednesdays. Powderkegs morris are in Whaley Bridge, do a Google to see what they're up to. The Globe, Glossop, not sure what goes on there these days - the beer's excellent and cheap, as is the food. You've just missed the Freaks in the Peaks quarterly weekend (last week), it was a good do from what I gather. There's loads more that others will be able to help with. JJ |

I haven't been for a good while; I think it tends to be more "acoustic" than folk these days, and anyway everything round here is haunted by The Melodeon Player From Hell. |
