From: GUEST,babypix The town of Ulverston, Cumbria, is teeming with singers, instrumentalists, Mummers, Morris dancers, pipers, and craftspeople, all gathering for the 12th Annual Furness Tradition Festival this weekend. American Songster: Larry Hanks will perform several times this weekend, and give a Jew's Harp workshop/meet & greet. Lots of young local performers, too! Several song sessions will be held throughout the weekend. A fine job organizing this lovely festival done by Gordon (Silly Wizard) Jones and his able team! |
