11 Aug 10 - 09:22 AM (#2962785) Subject: New folk & roots club Ascot UK From: Roger the Skiffler Under the Bill Boazman thread I mentioned his monthly acoustic blues club starting in the Autumn at Jagz, Ascot(I fear "creative differences" between management & band may have scuppered the current weekly blues jam night). I now hear that Artree Music are pesenting a new Folk & Roots night monthly on Wednesdays from 15th September. This used to be the night for Salsa dance classes (no, I didn't!). Location map etc at www.jagz.co.uk . No further details yet. RtS |

When I moved to Berkshire SHP (Bracknell) club under Don Morgan was awesome!!, several people have tried to keep the flame alive, maybe it will return one day under better management, after all it is an Arts Center! |
