17 Aug 10 - 06:45 PM (#2967466) Subject: RE: Ian Anderson YouTube Festival videos From: The Sandman the most interesting and exciting singer on the folk scene today, that was how Martin Simpson was introduced. personally I think Simpson is an instrumental virtuoso, rather than a parrticularly exciting or interesting singer, he is also a very good song accompanist, Masters of War is a very good version, Which he interprets very well despite the unecessary irritating fake american accent. |
