20 Aug 10 - 02:22 PM (#2969539) Subject: inexpensive CDs From: Thomas Stern There is large series of 5-CD collections being issued by RHINO of old US pop/folk etc. - they are being retailed for under $30 (that's about $6 per disc). Packaging is a paper sleeve for each cd (reduction of the original LP jacket) in a slipcase. NO additional notes or information. They are available from most US e-tailers, sourced from UK or Europe. More information here (click) The Original Album Series is available in the US, but I wouldn't call it a bargain price. Well, the five-disc Paxton set is a bargain at $30, but some in the series are quite a bit more expensive. -Joe- |

Similar prices, though different sellers prices vary widely. With imports, it is sometimes less expensive to purchase from the UK - save the PT, but higher shipping cost.
