Martin, for whatever reason, chooses not to have a public e-mail site. Some on these threads have attributed this to sheer arrogance on C. F. Martin's part, but I'm sure they all play Taylors. I suspect it is because they refuse to handle complaints (perhaps they get too many). I usually avoid dealing with such companies because companies that are more approachable, generally give better service. |
