The title says "Live on Down the Line", and the lead is sung by A.P. I have been able to figure some lyrics: I'se gonna live on down the line I'se gonna live on down the line I'se gonna live on down the line Where the *** has no [end] (not sure) Some say give me silver And some say give me gold But I say give me Jesus He's precious to my soul And there was poor old Daniel Was cast in the lion den And when he prayed to heaven King Jesus was his friend Now come on you good people And listen to my plea Put your trust in Jesus And he will set you free With one or two more verses. I can't figure out the last line of the chorus, and I'd really appreciate if someone gets it. Also, I haven't been able to find this song or a close one anywhere else (apart from a few floating lyrics, like the "some say give me silver" thing). Anyone know why? Here's what I could figure, but I trouble at the third and last line of Blue Mountain Band's version. Maybe someone else knows?
