No...but I just came across her yesterday on you tube and don't remember that as one of her few selections there.

Shane Magowen? wrote a great famine song called the Dunes and Ronnie Drew sings it on you tube. mg

Dan Keane wrote FAMINE YEARS in 1995. Peggy Sweeney recorded it on "An Emigrant's Letter" in 2006. I found these lyrics quoted here:
