The 'Ironopolis Story' is almost ready to be released on CD so that is something else to look forward to with great anticipation. Paul. |

01 Oct 10 - 09:08 AM (#2997494) Subject: RE: Graeme Miles' @Richmond N Yorks 2 Oct From: GUEST,Swaleman Yes Les 'Drift from the land' I have often heard at the Brit Folk Club in Darlington and where I have also seen Dick Miles guesting on several occasions. And yes Dick I will pass the message on to Graeme. As regards performances of Graeme's songs when Martyn Wyndham Read visited the Brit last year he sang 'My Eldorado' and when he visited my Richmond Swaledale club he did 'Where Ravens Feed'. I don't think I have heard them sung better - MWR seems able to sing them and evoke such great feeling and responsiveness from his audience. Paul. |
