27 Aug 99 - 03:40 PM (#109084) Subject: Mr. and Mrs. EZR From: Mudjack We just had the nicest visit from some of Mudcat's finest people. They deserve an ambassadorship for being what Mudcat folks are all about. We shared some music and and stories and good conversation about the trip out and the great northwest. They left this morning for Portland taking in the sights of our gorgeous Columbia River gorge. I routed them from our house through the Klickitat River gorge(wild river). Remember the verse in Roll On Columbia?. Other great rivers add power to you, Yakima, Snake and the Klickitat too, Sandy, Willamette and the Hood River too.... Roll on Columbia, Roll on. They're heading to Margarita's tonght for a Mudcat Song Circle where I suspect I have to miss all the wonderful Catters including the Mystery Guest. What a BUMMER....Perhaps another time. I manage to go through Sac/CA twice a year, maybe I can be his mystery guest. Mudjack |

If you're out that way, you MUST drive through it (Route 142). Thanx, Mudjack, for sending us that way. Thanx too, for your gracious hospitality. We really enjoyed visiting with you. You and Vicki are really nice people. EZR |
