Hi Ray

This link gives the numbers to call (you probably know that, but just in case).

Did you see this snippet of help. It may possibly be the reason.

What do I do when I get an error message or an incomplete page when I try to open a page or use a service?

I used it recently with no problem. Only 1 CD though, with 23 individual tracks.

It would be helpful if the website told you what the problem is, but how often do they do that? Have you numbered all the tracks correctly? You have to provide numbers for the CD, track number, the medley, and the individual tunes comprising the medley, and it can get a bit confusing. I imagine an error in the numbering might cause it to be rejected.

Thanks Howard

Item = 1
side = 1 (one sided CD)
Track = 1,2 3,4, 5 successively down nthe entries
medley = blank as it is audio unaccompanied songs

I am just going to have another look
