Bubblyrat and Wild Flying Dove Split

Sadly, Wild Flying Dove (Karen) and I have come to a "parting of the ways" tonight, and so I would like to thank all of you who have given us so much love and friendship ,as a "couple" ,over the last three years or so. The main problem is that Karen, a teacher of children with "learning difficulties" ,is in a stressful and demanding job, whilst I am retired and not working, and this has inevitably led to conflict in our social and personal lives. I have expected, and possibly demanded, too much of her,for which I am most humbly sorry.

Thinking of both of you. Having been in the same job as Karen all my life I know just how exhausting and exacting it actually is. Unless you are doing it no one can have any idea just how stressful it is. It must have been so difficult for you both. Love to both of you

Yes, Kitty ; of course !!
I am pleased beyond measure to inform everyone that, having enjoyed a very happy,if somewhat frigid (but only temperature-wise !) weekend at the Bedworth Folk Festival, Karen & I are happily reconciled ,and that she has accepted my apologies for my recent selfish & churlish behaviour.
