The entrants are awarded the Zorn Medal if the judges agree that they play Swedish music in the traditional way. this event is a gathering of the best musicians in Sweden. From: Jack Campin Yes, I've seen your posts - thinking of going there around the middle of June for my gf's birthday, starting in Stockholm, going up past the Arctic Circle and back. We'd both like to see something at the Drottningholm opera house, but their schedule for next year isn't available yet. I have a fiddler friend in Dalarna I'd like to look up as well. |
