Never smoked anything (Honest, Officer, not even once) but it hasn't stopped my mind taking odd flights of fancy at regular intervals and drink is a different story. But try the 6 backwards thing, bet you find it works. Just start with the loop, and move on to the stem so that the track of your finger is a short spiral expanding clockwise, rather than contracting and anti-clockwise. |

The opposite rotation then seems perfectly logical and your muscles will co-operate.
