They re-ran it, today because Morrison was just forgiven, posthumously, for supposedly doing the full monty in Florida in 1969. Manzarek said it was mass hallucination. But, that doesn't matter, what was fun and neat to hear was Manzarek's using the piano to explain how Light My Fire came about. What fun! |

Ray has stayed as true to his friend's memory and legacy as Jim could have hoped. Unfortunately, I believe the actions of a lot of redneck reactionaries in Miami led to Morrison's exile and subsequent death, and that can never be erased or taken back. |
