Hit me

03 Sep 99 - 02:50 AM (#110995)
Subject: Hit me
From: everyone

this is the thread that asks for refined abuse
a series of ciphers, impenetrant, unloose
a life of its own, as in old Darwin's theory,
a proof in the acting, to make a man weary
Line Breaks
added.

The above was supposed to be in lines:

this is the thread that asks for refined abuse
a series of ciphers, impenetrant, unloose
a life of its own, as in old Darwin's theory,
a proof in the acting, to make a man weary
Line Breaks
added.

This is the thread that askes for refined abuse: a series of ciphers, impenetrant, unloose; a life of its own, as in old Darwin's theory; a proof in the acting, which makes a man weary...

IF THESE DO NOT SHOW UP IN LINES, HOW? Why does it show up this way? Not as I type it... Any way, the end words are abuse, unloose, theory, and weary...

Somebody type these four lines so that they are in lines! Please!

Maybe it would help if you settled on an identity? And, could you be a little more obtuse?

It is obtuse. From the obtuse grow great trees.

Thank you Joe for fixing the lines.

Everything, do we address you as "Hi Y'all"?

Bert. (Who uses
for line breaks)

Geez, you guys, it was late, and I was gettin' a little buzzed, forgive my obtuseness. Although when I look at it in the cold light of the now afternoon sun, it still makes sense to me, which probably goes to show something, to each his own. You mean you didn't see that those four lines were put there (I'll translate them in a minute) for the purpose of starting a free association thread? The first line asks for comment, the second line describes what the written word in this case on the Internet IS, the third line expresses the hope of the organic structure whose direction Allan C. asks for which is precisely my point, and the last line means "do it". Yes, it is obtuse, but so is chess enigmatic, life ambiguous, and everything isn't always what you think it to be. Hit me.

I don't know what your game is but I am certain that this is not the playground you want it to be. I strongly suggest that you might find another place which might be more suitable for this particular endeavor. Goodbye (I hope.)

I agree, the thread should die, but it is best to simply not comment on it, and it will disappear into the mix.

Heck, I was looking for the frozen trout. But the freezer died. the trout thawed out So we ate it.

The cat got the bones.

So I have nothing to hit with. However I'll rustle a napkin in your general direction.
