15 Jan 11 - 03:12 PM (#3075274) Subject: RE: Folk 'n' Fun, March 11-13, Tan Hill Inn (UK) From: Mick Tems We can thoroughly recommend The Tan Hill Inn, the highest pub in Britain - B&B wih spectacular views, good old Yorkshire grub, a barking mad landlady, three real ales including Theakstons and Black Sheep beers and a strong Ewe Brew, specially supplied by the Dent Brewery. As Friday evening drew to a close, Ranting Rich read us his verses - and it was the same on Saturday morning. Black pudding, beans, egg and sausage taste so much better when washed down with Ranting Rich's poems. For God's sake, go to the Tan Hill weekend! |
