What chords are you specifically asking about...

The Delta blues has some basics and some variations...

The basics: 1 4 5 progression, "Walking Blues", "Death Letter", "Little Red Rooster", etc

Variation: 4 1 4 1 5 4 1... "Catfish Blues", "Hoochie Koochie Blues"

Variation: 1 1 1 1 1... "Miss Maybelle"

Key??? You pick where you want to sing...

Not all blues work on chords - if you're playing slide, you can get some nasty clashes if you play full chords underneath, and some of the other classics (like 'Big Road Blues' or 'Moon Goin' Down')have some interesting figures which would look very interesting if you try to transcribe them as chord sequences.

Oh, yeah...

Most Delta blues is played with a slide... And open tunings... Most of the old blues players played in open G which they referred to as "Spainish tuning"... Open G is very versatile and also provides one a quit key change by capo'n to the second fret and giving you an open A... Now if yer gonna do that I would suggest a 14 fret geetar because this will get you to the 12th fret (from the capo) with relative ease...

If you don't know much about slide playing here are some basics: if you just play it without fretting or sliding but just open, that is yer 1 chord... Yer 4 chord then is the 5th fret and yer 5 chord is the 7th fret... Yer 1 chord is also the 12th fret but one octave higher...

To play Delta blues (with open tunings and slide) you need to be able to those frets... Don't mash the slide down either like you would if you were making a bar chord... Practice "sliding" the slide... It's easier to slide up than to slide down but with practice sliding down will be no problem and if yer goina' do stuff like "Catfish Blues" you'll have to learn how to do that...

Or maybe the OP is looking for the chords to "Mississippi Delta Blues," a pop song recorded by Jimmie Rodgers in 1933 and credited to Rodgers and Jack Neville. Pretty song, but not remotely a blues. Leon Redbone, among others, has covered it.

If that is the case, there's a thread about it, with lyrics and chords:

Look for the post by "Tiger," about 3/4 down the page.

There's a YouTube video of Stefan Grossman teaching it. Also, Roy Bookbinder does it on another YT clip.
