I suggest we learn from experience and not the DOD. We all learned how the small expense of rooms at Days Inn, flight lessons and box cutters cost the US dearly. We have a general idea of the trillions of dolalrs it took to kil Saddam Hussen and his sons. I say if you want Kadaffy, get him on the cheap. For example release news reports of Kadaffy making recordings like bin Laden about the false reports of his death and so on. Then when he appears to prove he is alive in person or via broadcast, have allt he triangulation in place to pin point him and get him. Or just add white angle mushroom extracts to shipments of all his favorite foods. He will be just fime for one week and then,,, dead. Or just poison his hair gel. These 2 bit dictators cost billions to remove BUsh style. Sure its good for private contractors and the military budget requests but if there is a cheaper way lets do it. Cut out the middlemen military industrial complex. Forget the CIA too, after all they have missed the last 6 revolutions in a row! oops. LEt the Lbs. low budget strategy branch contract them on a need to know basis. Our motto A penny can buy LBS of cure. I am sure Rapparee has many 20 dollar or less solutions. Let cost efficiency rule the day. Does he like ice cream? Does he collect Ceremonial swords that belonged to Halee Salase? BE it a knife or a popsicle we should be able to get an improved version to him. I say we could come up wih plans that will cost a million times less than psy opps, DARPA, Pentagon, Navy, Air Force etc. If there are cases where it costs more than an average split level home to remove a two bit dictator, I say forget it. |

So you put your efforts into cutting the legs out from under him, depriving him of a working economy and/or an effective army, and if your aim just happens to miss and he gets killed "by mistake", "Ahh, so sorry!"
