I think it's kinda nice to be able to look back at old auctions - and I think it's essential to keep an auction thread active for at least a week after it closes, so people can see who won and make comments if needed. I think the current 2-week setting on the Auction filter is pretty good, although some active items that have no bids or messages for two weeks, drop off the auction menu. Then the person running the auction should post a "refresh" message - actually, anybody can do it. -Joe- |
