Irma Thomas: Still worth going to see?

I suspect I already know the answer to this one ...

However, all the records I have of her are from many years ago, and I'm just wondering whether she still belts out The New Rules and Don't Mess With My Man like she used to. And is she doing any new stuff?

Sorry to sound so picky (and even ungallant if I'm doubting whether a lady of 70 can still cut it). But in these straitened times - yup, I'm feeling the pinch too - I'm trying to balance the chance to see an undoubted legend against forking out £24.50 (about $40) each, plus booking fee, for a couple of tickets to a venue of which I'm not especially enamoured.

I have an idea I heard her on Garrison Keillor's radio show two or three years ago and she was still sounding in fine voice then. Anyone seen her recently?
