11 May 11 - 09:43 AM (#3152074) Subject: Holiday Show: Songs/Ideas, help wanted From: Fortunato I've been asked to put together a proposal for a Holiday Show at a Museum in Colonial Williamsburg. Of course the show will not be 18th century, but rather music that fits our early 20th century folk/Americana/Appalachian 'show'. I've put together a list of songs that come easily, heavy on Christmas, but I'd love to hear ideas from you guys and song suggestions. Here are songs I've thought of so far: Cherry Tree Carol; Blue Christmas; White Christmas; Christmas Times a'coming; Silent Night; Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer; Children Go Where I send thee. Thanks in advance for you ideas and suggestions. regards, Chance |
