16 May 11 - 11:41 AM (#3155153) Subject: Underused whats on resource From: LesB I send info for our clubs guest gigs to an excellent free What's On website Simply Whats On & judging by peruseing the listings it seems somewhat underused. It's easy to add dates & for those that want there is a payed element, but not necessary. There is another free underused web listing which I use for sessions at UK Sessions Cheers Les |

There are far too many of these already. You should not have to blunder around multiple listing services looking for an event. If there are to be more than one, then they MUST share their data. |

18 May 11 - 05:32 AM (#3156172) Subject: RE: Underused whats on resource From: JHW Well I've added Simply What's On to my bookmarks. I tend to use Folk and Roots for Festivals. For Clubs I think local mags and sites are handier than reading nationwide listings (unless you're getting about nationwide) eg Tykes News mag for S and W Yorkshire has Filofolk |
