From: Richard from Liverpool I definitely like Gibb Sahib's approach, definitely shanties and sea songs without the bullshit. I'd love to see him as a performer at some of these shanty festivals. I'm not sure how what he does would translate from the youtube video into a live performance, I can imagine him grabbing audience members to get them to join in and stuff (in the same way as he's done with friends and family on his youtube videos). |
