From the links I assume this is some far-right shockjock type?

I can't be arsed wasting four minutes of my life watching a video of that crap.

What crap, Jack? If you haven't watched it, you don't know, so you? Watch it first ~ then if you think it's crap you will be entitled to say so. Likewise "far right", whatever you mean by that. Otherwise that is not the level of critical intelligence we have come to expect of you.

Regards

~Michael~

PS I didn't think it was crap. YMMV

Don't waste my time with video. Give me text.

Incidentally, for those who were asserting that Pakistan was not offended, are you watching the new trend it seeks in alliances?

I told you so.

Anybody who has a link on the side of their page saying you should go look at Rush Limbaugh's site is telling you which side they're on.

"Incidentally, for those who were asserting that Pakistan was not offended"

Richard, I guess you didn't see this article I linked to in the Bin Laden thread, because if you had you would know that is total bullshit.

Fuck Binny and fuck Pakistan. We all know it's the rich against the poor but in trenches where OUR poor fight it's our poor against their poor. Binny was a rich man so we know who's side he is on... "is" because he and Saddam and Mooman will all be retired on a topical island with their virgins, sipping drinks and surfing porn. If that sounds disrespectful, go jihad yerself.

"Binny was a rich man" but he renounced his family's money and corruption.

"in trenches where OUR poor fight it's our poor against their poor." And that is why there will never be a successful revolution resulting from class struggle. They will always be able to turn us (the poor) against each other, which is THE ONLY WAY they can hang on to their power and ill-gotten riches.

Oh boy, I managed to watch about half of it before reaching for the sick bucket. Kendall, you don't really think that represents a general UK view of thius incident do you?

I too did not watch the whole thing. I thought I was going to and then the narrator got more and more violent - really getting off on it, imo - and it struck me to wonder why I felt I had to finish it. Dicovered I didn't have to.

Maybe I misunderstood the purpose of the Video. I thought it was meant to be a humerous view of the situation. Surely, nobody takes that guy serious. Do they!!!!!!

It struck me as a combination of truth, humor, hyperbole and sarcasm.
A mirror image of Rush Limbaugh, sort of.

Pat Condell is an atheist internet personality and a study in intolerance
He is not just virulently anti Islam but also vehemently anti-Christian and anti-Jewish.

Christian author Dinesh D'Souza said "If the televangelists are guilty of producing some simple-minded, self-righteous Christians, then the atheist authors are guilty of producing self-congratulatory buffoons like Condell".

His video entitled "No Mosque at Ground Zero", claimed that it was representative of Islamic triumphalism and that the United States would soon be on the verge of Islamization despite this position Condell has been denounced by the extreme Islamophobic pro Zionist blogger Sean Linnane.

He supports the UK Independence Party which seeks to replace the May Day bank holiday in England with a St George's Day bank holiday, to also restore imperial units as well as repealing the 1998 Human Rights Act and withdrawing from the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms; he has some strict views on British citizens marrying foreigners too.

Yes there are people like him in the UK who take him very seriously.

As for 'refreshing' defined as pleasantly different - not really
