I am organising a Folk Day, as part of the Oxjam Festival, raising funds for Oxfam. The day will run from 1.00pm to 10.45pm, and will feature some of East Anglia's best, Including Hedgepig, The Bounty Hounds, Two Coats Colder, Andy Wall, Sound Tradition, Chris King (Seaking on here), The Larks, Cottonhouse, plus some others to be confirmed. My informant (on behalf of Jody in NY) was hoping to get some publicity in Mardles magazine, but is just too late (I might be able to squash in a line or two in the event listings) If it happens again next year, do let me know earlier in June (editor@suffolkfolk.co.uk) and I could give it some more publicity.
