19 Jul 11 - 11:22 AM (#3190692) Subject: Group: Nymphs and Satyrs...anyone? From: saulgoldie This group was based in the Annapolis, Maryland, USA area but they performed around during the late 60s, early 70s. Madrigal/Renaissance type music. Complete with costumes and period instruments. They recorded only one album that I am aware of. Does anyone else remember them? Anyone know what happened to the original members? Saul |

Sure enough, someone posted the whole (one of one) album! (I still have my copy, and I also burned it to CD, cause there never was a CD version.) Here: Nymphs & Satyrs They played original instruments, arranged all their songs, wore faithfully original costumes. They put on a show to remember! Alas and alack, before the day of videotaping. Anyway, I hope some of you enjoy the listening. Saul |
