01 Aug 11 - 12:55 PM (#3199806) Subject: Is anyone on here on Bandcamp? From: GUEST,matt milton I sometimes do a bit of idle browsing on bandcamp. I really like it as a service, though I do find it a bit less intuitive for discovering music than myspace used to be. so is anyone on here using it? feel free to link to your bandcamp page: I'd like to hear some good new music. |

01 Aug 11 - 01:34 PM (#3199837) Subject: RE: Is anyone on here on Bandcamp? From: closet-folkie Hey Matt, I signed up with Bandcamp a few weeks back. Not sure how intuitive it is to use as a listener, but I found it straightforward to upload to. Their commission is quite fair too. I'm definitely going to give it a shot for my new soon-to-be-released EP, "The Ride of Our Lives". In the meantime, I do have my last two releases up there now, in case you want to have a listen. Here you go... |

From: GUEST,SeanSiegfried I was going to link to my Bandcamp page on here, but Matt has already very kindly done so - thanks Matt! Bandcamp is a great tool and I found it quite easy to figure it all out. 'AWAL' is also a great website/tool. They basically get your album onto many digital outlets like Itunes, Amazon MP3 without charging an upfront fee - they take a similar cut to Bandcamp. Worth having a look at! I have used them. |
