Here's my transcription from YouTube. There are a few words I couldn't understand, marked by "...(?)"

GUESS WHO'S BEEN TALKING
As sung by The Detroit Emeralds

Hey, hey, hey,
Guess who's been talking about you
It's me, baby, baby, baby, it's me
Look-a here, girl
I finally got a chance to tell you
Tell you what's on my mind
Most of the things your friends been telling you about
I've been telling them all the time
Baby, ...(?)
And they know just where I'm coming from
Then they turn around and tell you the same old things
And they try to say that I'm so dumb
Oh, but guess who's been talking about you, baby
It's me, baby, baby, baby, it's me
Look-a here, girl
I ...(?) machine
Oh, I met you in a dream, yeah
After you and myself
Ain't got none for no one else
Oh, but guess who's been talking about you, baby
It's me, baby, baby, baby, it's me
Look-a here, girl
Are you ...(?) times, girl
But not as cute as mine
I know they told you at the end, girl
That somebody's gonna win, yeah
You've got to win from the start
Somebody's gonna get your heart
I've been planning day and night, girl
If I have to make a fight
Look-a here
Guess who's been talking about you, baby
It's me, baby, baby, baby
Yes, who's been talking about you, baby
It's me, baby, baby, baby, it's me

Gio, I can't say I understand the lyrics in these recordings well enough to transcribe them, and Jim is about the best transcriber we have. I sure am enjoying listening to the recordings, though.
Thanks for introducing us to them.
