I know it as the Librarian's Song, a nice daft song that I only sing very occasionally. Sadly I never got to see my Dad's reaction to it, though I think he would have liked it, particularly the intro. He was a librarian whose pet bugbear was the line "I'm looking for a book." They had 13 floors of those (and a big basement of microfilm) and he looked for a bit more clarity from the 'academics' he was trying to serve. |
