30 Sep 11 - 04:32 PM (#3231874) Subject: cover versions of 'Pound A Week Rise' From: 2581 I'm a collector of coal mining songs & would like to find any cover versions of Ed Pickford's brilliant "Pound A Week Rise" that I haven't heard. In addition to Ed Pickford's original, I have cover versions by the following artists: Seven Nations; Dick Gaughan; The Paperboys; John Doyle & Liz Carroll; FinTan; BOWI; The Exiles (Enoch Kent, Bobby Campbell & Gordon McCulloch); The Demon Barbers; Terry Murphy; Dave Dupplaw (excellent version on YouTube); Rathkeltair (on YouTube) Does anyone know of any other artists who have covered this song - and where I can find a copy? Thanks for any help! |

Her website, http://www.jpinder.com/, only has information about her art, none about her music. The CD may be available at http://www.indie-cds.com/ |
