Yeah....Your young grandson and my 20 year old son. You need to read up on these guys and the troupe. Two of them have some background in kids or childhood education and the group has had an educational premise from day one. Tris and Karen have been to two live concerts which Tris just loves as does Karen. They have a high energy level and spend a lot of time in the aisles.

Karen and Tris went last when he was 17 and I must tell you this story.

At one point as they were working the aisles and singing a song, Murray (the red Wiggle) looked at Tris who was smiling hugely. Now he could have walked on past but he knew right away that Tris was a special member of the audience. He walked to Tristan's side, gave Karen a quick smile, and took Tristan's hand. He shook his hand and said, "I'm so glad you came to see us." Karen said he did it in a way with such a sincere voice that it was as if he and Tris were the only ones in the arena. He gave my tearful wife another smile and moved back towards the stage. Very cool.

I used to make fun of their songs and but I ain't the target audience. When it comes to reaching that audience they are totally fabulous. Make sure at some point in his childhood that Dominic gets to see them live.........Tris is anxious for them to be back this way.

Yea Spaw they are something special. When he gets crying (new teeth coming in) I pop the DVDs in and he starts clapping and dancing ...

ya can tell he is my grandson, always after my guitar and always pulling my pocket watch out of my pocket ... I gave him one of his own to carry around ...

Count me in I am a Wiggles fan to! Unfortunately my granddaughter considers herself too old now to go to a live concert but I have such good memories of her dancing and doing the actions to the songs. Long may they continue.

Since this concerns music, it shouldn't be in the BS section, if you ask me (but no one did).

Dan, are these the same Wiggles that you're talking about?

Yup - and I've seen them live too. It was a pretty good show. They all seem to make time for their "special" fans from what I saw.

Oh, my gosh; with all the mentions I've heard of the wiggles, I had never seen them until that video. You guys are talking like this was something wholesome , and here is this video with some old guy in a pirate outfit, chasing a girl and trying to tickle her ass with a feather!

Ah! Old men in fancy dress, young girls, feathers. Must be fall in New York State.
'Fess up, Dan. Do you join in dancing?

Try these guys: The Imagination Movers

Still fun for the kids but the music is a little more enjoyable for the adults. There are some samples on the website. As I recall they are from New Orleans and were all teachers. They put on a pretty good live show too. Since Brendan didn't try to leave we figured thats a rave review on his part.
