09 Oct 11 - 12:26 PM (#3236252) Subject: Miners Benefit in the Swansea Valley From: GUEST,Ivan Local folk musicians in the Swansea Valley area are getting together to stage a folk concert in aid of the families of the four local miners who were killed recently in the Gleison coal mine at Pontardawe. The concert on the 10th December at the town's Cwmtawe School features Graham Larkbey and the Whitefern Mountain Band plus a number of local folkies and the school choir. All welcome! Ivan |
